We take pride in providing application specific solutions for the Department of Defense. Sensors for Defense
We design and manufacture LVDT and RVDT position sensors for the DoD that are used in missiles, satellites, submarines and military aircrafts. Lisk’s sensor solutions offer robust construction to withstand rigorous environmental conditions. Our sensors have no contact between the moving core and sensor body allowing the sensor to maintain high performance over its service life.

Valves for Defense
Lisk manufactures customized valves for the DoD that are used in a wide range of military aircraft and ground vehicles. Our on engine valves include everything from hydrocarbon dosing, waste gate control valves, EGR valves to natural gas fuel control valves. In the air, we design solenoids valves, check/relief valves, shut off valves, and shuttle valves for various applications. We also have experience designing and manufacturing manifold systems to meet the unique requirements of specific applications.

Flame Arrestors for Defense
Lisk flame arrestors are custom designed to meet the most demanding system requirements. Our flame arrestors have been engineered and field proven in several applications including fuel inerting systems, fuel venting systems, electrical panel protection, explosive environment protection, in-flight refueling systems and many more. We utilize unique manufacturing processes eliminating hardware from the flow path, reducing the weight and cost of the component.
